1. Our Craft

ReelMomento specialises in bespoke AI-driven design. Each project is crafted individually, shaped through modern technology, creative direction, and refined aesthetics. No templates. No duplicates. Purely original work.

2. Ownership & Usage

All visuals, concepts, and cinematic scenes produced by ReelMomento remain the creative property of our studio.
Clients receive a licence to use the final piece for personal or business expression.

What cannot be done:

  • Resale
  • Redistribution
  • Replication under another name
  • Misrepresentation of authorship

Our work is our signature. Its use must honour the craft it represents.

3. The Client’s Role

To ensure precision and fluidity in the creative process, clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate details and references
  • Permission for any likeness or imagery supplied
  • Timely responses that support our 48-hour delivery promise

Exceptional design requires clarity, and clarity begins with you.

4. Delivery

Our standard delivery window is 48 hours — a balance between pace and perfection.
Complex, high-detail, or story-driven projects may require additional time, always communicated with care and transparency.

5. Revisions

Each tier includes revisions crafted to refine, not reinvent.
Any additional refinement is available at an agreed fee.

6. The Nature of AI

AI is an artistic collaborator. It interprets, it imagines, and it evolves.

For this reason:

  • Exact duplication cannot be promised
  • Likeness and colours may vary subtly
  • Each outcome is a crafted interpretation, not a mechanical reproduction

These nuances are not flaws — they are part of the creative process we embrace.

7. Prohibited Use

Our work must never be used for:

Harm. Misrepresentation. Discrimination. Defamation.
ReelMomento does not participate in content that compromises dignity, safety, or truth.

8. Payments

All services are paid in full at the start of the project, ensuring clarity and commitment on both sides.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReelMomento is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform limitations (compression, cropping, quality loss)
  • Service outages beyond our control
  • Misuse or alteration of content once delivered
  • Interpretive variations inherent to AI technology

10. Updates
Our Terms may evolve as our creative house evolves.
Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the most recent version.
