Every ReelMomento creation is bespoke — shaped uniquely for its recipient. With this level of craftsmanship, our refund standards reflect the value and intention of the work.

1. When Refunds Are Not Available

Once the creative process begins — ideation, scene generation, or early development — the work becomes non-refundable.

This reflects the time, expertise, and artistic refinement invested from the very first moment.

Preferences may change, but bespoke creation cannot be undone.

2. When a Partial Refund May Apply

A partial refund may be considered only if:

No creative work has started
Cancellation occurs within one hour of payment
A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved

These instances are rare but honoured fairly.

3. Revisions in Place of Refunds

If expectations shift or details evolve:

Included revisions will be used
Additional revisions may be added at a fee

Revisions allow refinement; refunds do not apply to preference-based changes.

4. Creative Variations

AI-generated work may include natural artistic variation.

Refunds cannot be granted for differences in:

Character likeness
Colours
Scene interpretation
Creative nuance

These variations are part of the medium — embraced, not penalised.

5. Delivery Window

Our commitment is a 48-hour turnaround, dependent on client responsiveness.
Delays caused by incomplete briefs or unavailable clients do not qualify for compensation or refunds.

6. Completion

Once digital delivery is made, the project is considered complete.
